Q: How do I set up my ICI?
A: Download and install the Clartici app on your smartphone. Once you’ve created your Clartici account, pair your ICI with the app. Make sure you have a blinking blue light on your tracker. Once paired, the blinking blue light will change to a solid blue. Follow the on-screen instructions to get started!
Q: How do I charge the ICI’s battery?
A: Do not use your tracker while it’s charging. It’s always a good idea to fully charge your tracker before the first use. Simply plug the charging cable into the charging port on the bottom of your tracker. As you get close to the port, you will feel a magnet, which helps draw and guide the charging cable plug in.
Q: How should I take care of and clean my ICI?
A: To keep your beauty tracker in perfect condition, perform regular maintenance and take a few precautions during use. Always check that the sensor is clean and dust-free. You can clean the sensor by putting a small amount of rubbing alcohol on a soft cloth and gently rubbing that over the sensor surface several times. Carefully dry the sensor with a non-abrasive cloth that is both clean and dry. To avoid scratches, put the protective cap back on your tracker after every use.
Q: What’s the warranty on my device?
A: Your ICI Analyzer comes with a “Limited Lifetime Warranty”. (The Device, Battery, Cord, and Charger)
Q: I have very sensitive skin, is Clartici for sensitive skin types?
A: Yes, Clartici is great for sensitive skin types. Our skincare line is formulated with natural, organic products which help soothe redness, irritation, and inflammation.
Q: Does Clartici contain synthetic fragrance?
A: No. Our products are certified organic.
Q: How often should I use the skincare system?
A: For the best results, use the Clartici skin care regimen twice daily– once in the morning and then again at night.
Q: In what order should I use the products?
A: Step #1: Scan and analyze your skin. Step #2: Add suggested amount of serum and cream in palm of your hand. Step #3: Mix the serum and cream together in the palm of your hand and apply over your face. Repeat twice a day.
Q: When will I see results?
A: Timing of results will vary from person to person due to the variety of skin types and conditions. Many people report smoother skin within 3-7 days. For blemishes and signs of premature again, most people see results within 4-6 weeks.
Q:I am pregnant/nursing. Is Clartici for safe for me?
A: Although our products are generally safe for all skin types, including sensitive skin, we strongly recommend you consult with your medical professional for the best advice concerning safe skincare options for you and your baby.
Q: Am I able to purchase ICI separately?
A: The Clartici skincare regimen is only available as a package (includes serum and cream) when purchased for the first time. Purchases of individual items can then be purchased separately.
Returns & Cancellations
We understand and appreciate that when you are purchasing our products, you are making an investment. For this reason, we have created what we hope is a return policy that strikes the right balance between flexible and sensible.
To return a product, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of your intent to return an item or items. Please include your name, the items you plan to return, and the reason for the return. We will refund all qualifying returns to your credit card or PayPal account within 7 days of receiving your return. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
We will gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately and will cover the cost of shipping the faulty product back to us. Please email customer service as soon as possible at email@example.com in the event you receive damaged or incorrect products.
Items that qualify for our 30-day return policy: Unopened Clartici branded products within 30 days of purchase: merchandise must be in its original condition (i.e. Reiki, Sanguine, ICI set, and Ombre Masks).
Items that are not returnable/refundable:
- Sale or Clearance items
If you chose to return an item from an order that qualified for a promotion, such as a gift with purchase, a discount, or free shipping, the value of that promotion will be removed, causing a deduction in the refund amount. If returning an item that qualified you for a “gift with purchase” offer, please return the promotional item as well, to avoid the value of the item being deducted from your refund.
For all returns we receive that exceed the 30-day limit, we reserve the right to deny a refund, to partially refund, or issue store credit, at our discretion. For that reason, we strongly encourage you to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning the product for a refund, to make sure you are eligible. All Clearance Item sales are final.
Once an order has been processed through our website, we are unable to cancel orders. Should you no longer wish to receive your order, please contact us at email@example.com. Your order will be treated as a return, subject to the return policy stated above, including the potential delay in processing. If the order has been shipped, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the package to us, as with any return.
